1.The use of hydraulic bending machine -hydraulic press brake :

Select the appropriate bending incision. Under normal circumstances, the width of the incision should be selected to be 8 times the thickness of the plate. For example, if a 4mm sheet of metal needs to be bent, a cut of approximately 32mm should be selected.

Adjust the rear baffle. This operation includes electric quick adjustment and manual fine tuning, in the same way as the shearing machine.

After the adjustment, you can press the foot switch to start bending. Unlike the shearing machine, the CNC bending machine mold can be loosened at any time. Release the pedal switch, the machine will stop, and then continue to go down.

Maintenance of hydraulic parts: After the new hydraulic bending machine is used for one month, it should be checked whether there is any deformation in the bending of the tubing, and if there is any anomaly, it should be replaced. In addition, after two months of use, the connection of all accessories should be tightened, and the system should be shut down when performing this operation. At the same time, clean the hydraulic components (substrate, valve, motor, pump, tubing, etc.) every month to avoid dirty things entering the system, can not use detergent.

Maintenance of hydraulic oil circuit: Hydraulic oil used in hydraulic bending machine is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25. Check the tank oil level every week, if the hydraulic system maintenance should also be checked, the oil level below the oil window should be filled with hydraulic oil. The oil temperature of the system should be between 35 ° C and 60 ° C and should not exceed 70 ° C. If too high will lead to oil quality and accessories disintegration damage. The oil should be changed after 2000 hours of operation of the new hydraulic bending machine, and the oil should be changed after 4000 ~ 6000 hours of operation, and the oil tank should be cleaned each time the oil is changed.

Maintenance of the filter: The hydraulic bending machine has related alarms or other filter anomalies such as unclean oil, which should be replaced. The filter should be replaced or completely cleaned each time the oil is changed. The air filter on the tank is inspected and cleaned every 3 months and replaced every 1 year.

Lubrication system maintenance: regularly check the oil level and quality of lubricating oil, timely replacement and replenishment of lubricating oil to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.

Electrical system inspection: Check the electrical system of the hydraulic bending machine regularly, including wires, terminals, switches and other components. Ensure the stability and safety of the electrical system to avoid damage to the equipment caused by electrical failures.

Inspection of hydraulic system and mechanical components: Regularly check the hydraulic system components of the hydraulic bending machine, such as pressure gauges, pressure sensors, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system. At the same time, pay attention to check whether there is leakage in the hydraulic pipeline, and repair or replace the damaged hydraulic pipeline in time.
